$45 per hour. (Competitive salary based on experience)

What's a typical day as a Senior Recruiter? You'll be:
• Focused on recruitment for specific teams/functions, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Attracting top talent through effective sourcing strategies and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Collaborating with team members to develop innovative sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to project confidence and build relationships with clients.
• Have demonstrated experience in managing requisitions within Applicant Tracking Systems, with knowledge of iCIMS or SmartRecruiters.
