Shift: Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Pay: $19.00 + (depends on experience)

What's a typical day as a Service Support Technician? You'll be:
- Inspecting and preparing new equipment for testing to meet quality control requirements.
- Disassembling and reassembling new, returned, and tested equipment.
- Making repairs, including motor replacements, brazing copper pipe, and piping modifications.
- Reporting any defects or concerns to management.
- Adding options/features to modify units to meet order needs.
- Identifying quality concerns and installing solutions as directed by the engineering team.
- Providing customer support by answering Service and Parts calls.
- Inspecting, evaluating, and repairing returned or damaged dryers.
- Working with customer service on warranty and part orders.
- Traveling with service team members to assist with installations and repairs in the field.
- Operating fork-lift, pallet jack, and hand truck to move shipments and inventory.
- Organizing and maintaining a clean service/warehouse environment.
- Completing any other duties as directed by management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational program preferred, not required
- Are experienced and comfortable with hand and power tools.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Have experience in HVAC, electrical, automotive, or an equivalent technical field.
