Service Writer – Automotive/Diesel Industry Experience Required
Location: Orlando, FL

What you will do
•    Act as the main point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone
•    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
•    Assess customer needs and gather relevant information to open work orders
•    Provide repair quotes, develop claims, schedule service appointments, and communicate repair status updates
•    Prepare detailed work orders, including diagnostic plans and time estimates, and coordinate with the Service Supervisor or Team Lead before contacting the customer

•    Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
•    Bring strong customer service experience within the automotive or diesel industry
•    Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively
•    Are available to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for overtime
