We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join our team in Bourbonnais. As a Sewing Operator, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines and related equipment to sew, stitch, or tack materials together. This is a full-time position based in [Location], with a Monday to Thursday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have previous sewing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and some computer knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate sewing machines and related equipment to sew, stitch, or tack materials together.
- Utilize computerized sewing machines to stitch materials together.
- Fit parts together using measuring and marking equipment.
- Place materials on and load completed items on the sewing line.
- Assist in moving between departments and provide support where needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous sewing experience is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
