Quality Inspector – Manufacturing
Location: Newport News | Full-Time | 26/hr Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
What You'll Do:

Inspect incoming parts, in-process components, and outgoing products for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other standard tools to perform detailed measurements.

Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

Document inspection results, flag non-conformances, and support quality reporting processes.

Perform CMM inspections & programming

Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T symbols.

Experience with manual inspection tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers).

Experience with CMM equipment and CMM programming
