Shipping Clerk
Job Summary:
As a Shipping Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient shipping of domestic and international goods. Under supervision, your responsibilities will include picking, packaging, completing shipping paperwork, and arranging various aspects of international shipments. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all US Customs and DOT regulations. Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Multi-task and prioritize workload based on cargo shipping dates
- Pick, prepare, package, and ship all products and materials, including sales orders, technical service support, marketing and sales literature, and miscellaneous shipments
- Comply with all GMP requirements
- Perform work orders kitting, ensuring part numbers, lot numbers, and counts are correct
- Process transactions through Oracle
- Assist with other assignments as required in the operations department
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong data entry skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with shipping manifests
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
