Shipping Clerk/Shipping Admin.| Hazleton, PA | $19.00/hr.| Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
This position will require 1 month of training in Chicago, IL (Paid training/all expenses paid)

This is a direct hire Shipping Clerk position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Receive and schedule shipping and freight operations 
• Coordinate with drivers to provide accurate dock location and check in all drivers; coordinate with carriers that have drop trailers to ensure proper information is provided
• Create and maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure all signatures are complete
• Close loads in system
• Coordinate with internal customer service team to review and complete any additional paperwork/documentation that is required
• Entry of customer orders and scanning documents as required
• Communicate customer issues and inquiries to appropriate personnel 
• Update reporting documentation

Required Experience:
• 1-2 years of office/administrative experience, administrative experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
• Knowledge/experience with transportation, logistics and shipping 
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) required
• Ability to manage time sensitive documents and communication 
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with a strong organizational skill set
