Job Title: Shipping Coordinator I/II / Material Handler – Wilsonville, OR
Location: 26600 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Shift: Day Shift – Must be willing to work weekends
About the Role:
Join a fast-growing biotechnology and manufacturing company as a Shipping Coordinator I/II / Material Handler. This is a physically demanding, high-volume role ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, store, and track materials using ERP/SAP or other inventory systems

Pick, pack, and move materials safely within the facility

Conduct inventory audits and inspections of raw materials and finished goods

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment

Maintain organized and accurate shipping/receiving documentation

Assist with root cause analysis, quality checks, and SOP updates

Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and use of PPE
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in material handling, shipping, or food/beverage/manufacturing environments
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous standing/walking

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, FedEx/UPS shipping platforms, or inventory software is a plus

Training in forklift operation, HAZMAT, and general safety procedures preferred
