• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What's a typical day as a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator You will:

• Accurately pull and fulfill retail, wholesale, and grower orders
• Sort, pack, and ship orders to meet customer delivery deadlines
• Operate carousel system and handheld scanners for order processing
• Ensure accurate scanning, tracking, and documentation of shipments
• Process packing lists and maintain legible, accurate time sheets
• Prioritize and meet deadlines for urgent shipments
• Customize cartons and skid-pack items based on customer requirements
• Manage inventory using materials management and wanding systems
• Restock products and maintain organized stockroom and bins
• Follow company safety policies and maintain efficient work practices
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Related warehouse/fulfillment experience
• Experience using handheld scanners and barcode systems
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedure manuals
• Strong basic math skills (counts, quantities, discrepancies)
• Ability to learn and operate Carousel/PickPro systems
• Good attendance and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends
• Ability to safely perform physical job duties (with or without accommodation
