Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Worker - LC Associate
Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $18.25/hour
Type: Permanent (potential for conversion after required hours)
Position Overview
As a Warehouse Associate (LC Associate), you will play a key role in our Logistics Center, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. You will work collaboratively to guarantee timely, accurate product delivery and uphold high standards for safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify products while picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Properly receive and put away all incoming packages.
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks/trailers, handling materials safely and efficiently.
- Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
- Complete various pick functions, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
- Lift heavy items and operate electric pallet jack and forklift as needed.
- Perform shipping processes using FedEx and UPS.
- Use warehouse management systems and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook/email communication.
- Ability to follow safety protocols (must wear steel toed safety shoes).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of lifting heavy items and working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as LC Associate II and with MHE.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Previous shipping experience with FedEx and UPS.
- Customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams for video interviews.
Additional Information
- Permanent position with opportunity for conversion based on fit and hours worked.
- Must wear steel toed safety shoes (provided; locker assigned upon start).
- Onsite cafeteria with refrigerator, snack, and soda vending; bring your own lunch.
- Interviews will be conducted by video using Microsoft Teams.
