Shipping/Receiving Specialist Department: Logistics
Reports To: Logistics Team Lead

  • Keep the Wheels Turning: Receive and inspect arriving products, process paperwork in our computer system, and ensure everything's in the right place.
  • Send Out Success: Pick, pack, and ship finished products to customers across town, across the country, and around the globe.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate inventory, support smooth transfer of goods between buildings, and help keep the warehouse tidy and safe.
  • Work Together: Cross-train and help out in other logistics areas as needs arise—grow your skills and help your teammates!
  • Paperwork Pro: Prepare and file shipping documents (including commercial invoices and customs materials) to make sure every shipment is delivered accurately and on time.
Who You Are:
  • Team Player: Enjoy working with others and communicating clearly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Stay organized, follow procedures, and double-check your work.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Reliable & Adaptable: Ready to jump in and help where needed, even when priorities shift.
Qualifications:
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Can interpret work orders, pick tickets, and material lists
  • Comfortable using, or eager to learn to use, forklifts and pallet jacks (we'll train the right person!)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but if you have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we'll provide training
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse software is a bonus
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes up to 80 lbs with support)
