We are seeking an experienced Siding Estimator to add to our growing team. Covering residential siding estimates within the greater Seattle area. We are looking for someone who would like to be a part of a family-oriented team, has a passion for customer satisfaction, knowledge of siding estimation, siding products and siding installation.

Our ideal candidate will be educated on siding and windows products with a willingness to learn more, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, have strong communication skills, be able to interpret plans and calculate estimates

Primary Job Duties

• Accurately estimate material and labor costs for residential or commercial projects

using software and industry knowledge.

• Manipulate data from software to create accurate bids.

• Establish and maintain customer relationships.

• Communicate with customers to determine specifications for each individual project

as well as outlining the scope of work before and during the estimate-project process.

• Price work based upon labor rate calculations and pricing received from suppliers.

• Organize documents and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure all details are correctly included on bids

 

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Regular visits of job sites

• Take accurate measurements.

• Order materials for job

• Prepare schedules and timelines for project.

• Coordinate and manage installation crews.

• Problem solving with the customer or crew.

• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors.

• Maintain great customer relationships.

 

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Valid driver's license and a decent driving record

• Previous construction experience, preferred.

• Siding and Windows experience/knowledge.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Detailed-orientated.

• Team player

• Comfortable using Microsoft based programs
