Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a highly motivated Social Media Specialist for Nissan North America.  If this sounds like your next great thing, read on and apply today!  

 

Shift and Compensation Details:

  • $24/hour
  • Eligible for quarterly bonuses up to $1,500 after 3 months
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Tues-Thurs in office
  • Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • Must be flexible for weekend work (rotating weekend schedule, will work Saturday and Sunday with Thursday and Friday off once every month)

 

What does a typical day as a social media specialist look like? You will: 

  • Review and respond to a high volume of customer posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. with the appropriate care and awareness of relevant corporate policies, brand voice and messaging requirements.
  • Effectively utilize the Social Media moderation tools Nissan has in place to manage the daily engagement with our customers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries, questions or concerns into Nissan's logging and tracking system (Salesforce) to escalate to the Consumer Affairs team and other departments.
  • Assess customer concerns and make quick and educated decisions to rectify complaints and conflicts via well-crafted public and private responses to consumers.

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:  

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • An internship or prior work experience in social media
  • A passion for digital trends, technology, and innovation
  • A high level of social media experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
