Role Overview:
As a Solutions Engineer – Wastewater, you'll be at the forefront of delivering advanced process solutions that address complex water and wastewater challenges.

You will:
Size, design, and develop cost-effective process solutions tailored to customer needs
Prepare technical bids, proposals, and accurate cost estimates for projects
Participate in design and process risk reviews to ensure effective, reliable solutions
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, sales reps, internal engineering teams, consultants, and customers
Ensure all designs meet contract specifications and technical drawings
Gather and utilize competitive intelligence, maintain reference materials, and update proposal templates and design tools
Draft and clarify orders, resolving any discrepancies in price, scope, or delivery schedule
Source vendor quotes for accurate and competitive project budgets
Prepare project kickoff materials and transfer documentation for project execution teams
Analyze completed project data to inform and improve future estimates and proposals

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, or Civil preferred); Master's degree is a plus
  • 2–3 years' experience in engineering or a related technical role
  • Solid background in process engineering, with specific knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, including P&IDs and PFDs
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
