Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: 24.78 plus 1.25 3rd shift differential

What's a typical day as an Electrical Product Assembler? You'll be:
• Receiving assignments and instructions from supervisors.
• Following drawings, Bill of Materials, and established manufacturing procedures.
• Coordinating and communicating with supervision and team leads.
• Reading and understanding schedules and work flow requirements.
• Getting materials from storage areas and completing kits with hardware and parts.
• Reading blueprints and assembling components per provided drawings and standards.
• Inspecting assemblies, products, processes, and materials for conformance to design criteria and specifications.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work area clean and orderly.
• Performing minor equipment repairs and machine maintenance.
• Utilizing computer systems to review procedures, drawings, and non-conformances.
• Following all safety procedures and policies of the company.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in electrical product assembly or a related field.
• Possess the ability to read blueprints and follow established procedures.
• Are detail-oriented and have good hand-eye coordination.
• Have the ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Are able to operate various machines and tools.
• Have the willingness to learn and develop new skills.
