Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule. This role primarily involves assisting truck drivers who call in with various truck-related issues.

Shifts: 
8am-5pm
12pm-9pm
12am-8am

Compensation:
Pay rate is $20+ per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to truck problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a high call center environment, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
