We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Associate Training & Development for Juncos, PR to deliver training programs that support business needs under limited supervision. This role involves conducting on-the-job training demonstrations and coaching sessions in both a learning lab and actual production environments.
Salary starts at $30p/h and candidate must be available for 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekend, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom training and work closely with assigned client groups to assess and meet their training needs.
- Deliver effective training solutions, including classroom sessions, one-on-one coaching, and on-the-job training, as well as eLearning courses.
- Communicate client training needs to local training management and facilitate the delivery of cGMP and other regulatory training as required.
- Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and facilitate their transition from the training environment to the work environment.
- Guide clients on compliance and regulatory issues, and participate in inspection activities.
- Coach and develop subject matter experts (SMEs) and certified trainers within the client area.
- Review incidents related to "human error" to determine the need for additional or modified training interventions.
- Participate in global training teams and assist in implementing corporate core curricula and standard learning processes.
- Occasionally undertake small-scale training design projects to address local client needs.
Education and Qualifications:
- Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of directly related experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of directly related experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of directly related experience.
Competencies/Skills:
- Strong customer service orientation and influencing skills to work directly with client staff.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong technical writing skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials and equipment during training sessions.
- Understanding of the company's business and culture, with the ability to interact effectively with all staff levels.
- Technical and regulatory compliance competency related to assigned responsibilities.
- Basic project management skills and good interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to lift and/or move lab equipment and training materials (up to 35 pounds, 4 feet high).
- Flexibility to deliver training during off-hours (second & third shifts, weekends) as required to meet production demands.
