Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Sr. Building Maintenance Technician to work at a leading organization in San Francisco, CA. Sound like something you're interested in?

What's a typical day as Sr. Building Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing all production equipment to prevent and correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns, following strict safety and quality standards
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electrical/electronic systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and high-pressure gases (CO2, LN2, CDA, O2)
- Performing special technical tasks such as electrical troubleshooting, basic PLC programming, machining, welding, and working with AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Supporting site utility operations and participating in plant problem-solving teams to drive continuous improvement
- Training in and utilizing maintenance systems such as SAP and managing lubricating systems
- Have proven experience in electrical/electronic repair within a manufacturing plant environment (must have)
- Possess strong knowledge of PLCs, instrumentation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration (must have)
- Are skilled in industrial, mechanical, electrical, and computer systems, as well as special technical tasks such as machining and welding (preferred)
- Can work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Are willing and able to learn new systems and processes as needed, including SAP and lubrication systems
- Are available to work as needed should emergencies arise
