We're seeking a Sr CI Project Engineer to work with one of our top Medical Technology industry clients at east area of PR.
Salary: $1,520 x week plus travel expenses.This role is ideal for professionals with strong project management, quality, and operations engineering experience who thrive in dynamic environments and want to shape the future of MedTech.
What You'll Do:
- Benchmark industry technology trends and introduce innovative automation solutions
- Lead process improvement projects and efficiency initiatives
- Develop business cases, charters, and strategic roadmaps
- Drive cross-functional alignment and governance for CI and digitalization projects
- Utilize FPX, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies to deliver measurable results
- Manage change, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement
- Supervise engineers, validation resources, and programmers
- 3+ years of experience in similar position with in manufacturing or base business roles
- 1+ year in Project Management with strong cross-functional acumen
- FPX training/certification preferred(FPX = Flawless Project Execution, a methodology for delivering projects on time, within scope, and with excellence)
- Strong knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO requirements
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Visio)
- Budget management knowledge is a plus
- MedTech background are a plus
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willing to travel up to 40% (USA, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, England, etc.)
