What's a typical day as a Senior Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
- Monitoring customer freight to identify issues and improve efficiency.
- Recommending adjustments as freight volumes fluctuate.
- Using a variety of technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions.
- Working closely with leaders, teams, and customers to maintain strong relationships.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience in the last 18 months.
- Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Have high attention to detail and are proficient with computer skills.
- Can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Are a team player with strong written and verbal customer service skills.
- Can develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
