What's a typical day as a Senior Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

  • Monitoring customer freight to identify issues and improve efficiency.
  • Recommending adjustments as freight volumes fluctuate.
  • Using a variety of technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions.
  • Working closely with leaders, teams, and customers to maintain strong relationships.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience in the last 18 months.
  • Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Have high attention to detail and are proficient with computer skills.
  • Can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
  • Are a team player with strong written and verbal customer service skills.
  • Can develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
