We are seeking a knowledgeable Sr. Material Coordinator for Juncos, PR starting at $20.87ph to provide technical support for cGMP operations in one or more core distribution functions, including receiving, storing, dispensing, transferring, and shipping materials. This role operates under limited supervision and is essential for maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute receiving, storing, dispensing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, cycle counting, and shipping of materials per cGMP procedures across multiple systems and sites.
- Utilize inventory systems effectively to resolve basic issues within the ERP system.
- Review and verify cGMP transactions and ensure compliance with quality regulations.
- Operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and, when necessary, trucks to transport materials safely.
- Handle hazardous materials according to federal guidelines and ensure adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Identify and report operational issues and process improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Participate in departmental projects and maintain compliant training records.
- Prepare for regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Train other staff in cGMP functions and monitor compliance with training requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers regarding operational matters.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of directly related work experience or military experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 months of directly related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates company values and has experience in a GMP environment.
- Strong ability to operate trucks, vans, and warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
- Proficient in computer applications and capable of performing troubleshooting as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact constructively with peers and clients.
