What's a typical day as Senior Proposal Manager? You'll be:
• Overseeing the creation and submission of business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and aligned with client needs and company offerings.
• Leading proposal kick-off meetings, alignment sessions, and managing the review and finalization process.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, management, and other departments to gather necessary information and craft persuasive proposals.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support within an EPC Construction company (must-have).
• Possess strong attention to detail, project management skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Office (must-have).
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally (must-have).
• Are proficient in PowerPoint preparation and have subject matter expertise in proposal and RFP best practices (preferred).
