Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) 
Commercial aircraft manufacturer in Mobile, AL is seeking two (2) experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a global leader in aviation and manufacturing. The successful candidates will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent for our Final Assembly Line. Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week, at the Final Assembly Line.
  • Onsite Requirement:
    • At least one candidate must work onsite in Mobile, Alabama.
    • For the second role, a remote option is available for candidates located within commutable distance of an Airbus facility (hybrid schedule at that location).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, prescreening, candidate slate presentation, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Drive recruitment efforts for blue collar roles in a manufacturing setting, with an emphasis on aircraft industry positions.
  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Talent Acquisition; in-house recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Industry Background: Blue collar recruitment in manufacturing required; prior aircraft industry experience highly preferred.
  • Process Expertise: Demonstrated ability in posting, prescreening, presenting finalist candidates, and managing overall recruitment workflow.
Compensation
  • Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour
