Job Title: Staff Accountant (Temporary)
Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite; potential for hybrid depending on business needs)
Pay Rate: $24–$26/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Temporary (potential for temp-to-hire)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Maple Grove team. This temporary role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting AP/ERP processes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

• Produce monthly financial statements and other financial reports.

• Support accounts payable, cash forecasting, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• Strong GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and attention to detail.

• 4–7 years accounting experience preferred; SAP experience a plus.

• Available to start immediately.
