Open to Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire candidates
Pay: $45,000–$60,000 annually (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Boothwyn PA - On-site

Position Overview
Kelly Services is recruiting for a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is an entry-level accounting opportunity and well-suited for a recent graduate or an early-career accounting professional. Training will be provided on the business, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and match documentation for accounts payable processing
- Code and enter AP invoices into the accounting system
- Process accounts payable checks as needed
- Record financial journal entries
- Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices daily
- Post AR payments, including checks and electronic payments
- Process payments through onsite check deposit
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist with collections efforts as needed
- Distribute incoming mail to appropriate employees
- Support general accounting functions as assigned
- Accounting Software: ABAS (user-friendly; training provided)
- Strong use of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS in Accounting or related field)
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred (AP and/or AR)
- Open to recent accounting graduates
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
