Vous êtes un professionnel expérimenté en fiscalité, passionné par la précision et le leadership d'équipe ?

En tant que Superviseur du département fiscal, vous dirigerez une petite équipe de technicien comptables spécialisés, en assurant la qualité, la conformité et le respect des délais dans tous les mandats de déclaration fiscale.

Vos responsabilités :

• Superviser et encadrer une équipe de 3 technicien·nes comptables
• Réviser et valider les déclarations T1/TP1, T2/CO-17 et T3
• Assurer le contrôle qualité et la conformité fiscale des états financiers
• Respecter les échéanciers internes et les engagements clients
• Communiquer avec les autorités fiscales (ARC et Revenu Québec)
• Soutenir et former l'équipe pour assurer leur performance

Profil recherché :

• 5 à 8 ans d'expérience directe en production de déclarations fiscales T1, T2, T3
• Maîtrise de la préparation d'états financiers et des logiciels fiscaux
• Expérience en supervision ou en gestion d'équipe
• Connaissance de DtMAX et QuickBooks (atouts majeurs)
• Bilinguisme français/anglais requis vous devez communiquer avec les autres provinces au Canada
• Expertise en fiscalité avancée
