Job Title: Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Peachtree City, GA – 5 days onsite
Pay Rate: $26/hour

Now Hiring: Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator
Our client, a global leader, is seeking a Supply Chain & Purchasing Coordinator to support their dynamic supply management team in Peachtree City, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class organization and contribute to essential supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase orders based on material demand and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipment timelines, resolve delays, and track goods in transit.
  • Maintain accurate purchase order data, including pricing, quantities, and certificates.
  • Manage daily order tracking, issue resolution, and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors and cross-functional teams (Planning, Customer Fulfillment, Finance).
  • Update relevant information in SAP and other internal systems.
  • Support return shipments and coordinate corrective actions for supply discrepancies.
  • Assist with invoice discrepancy resolution and support accounting on blocked invoice cases.

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, purchasing, or logistics.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and problem-solve independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or related field a plus but not required.
