CWO Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The CWO Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the contingent workforce management process for assigned customers. This role uses an e-procurement/VMS tool and works closely with hiring managers, approved vendors, and the internal program support team to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Essential Functions-
Serve as the first point of contact for team escalations

Act as the primary contact for customer and internal team questions and issues

Serve as a liaison between the customer, program team, and other stakeholders

Monitor and manage operational activities, including:
-
Onboarding and offboarding contractors (background checks, drug screens, renewals, site-specific requirements, badges)

Ensuring consistent and accurate use of VMS and billing systems
-
Timely completion of documentation and administrative tasks

Confirming assignment logistics (start/end dates, location, pay rates, hours, etc.)

Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve program-related issues

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers through consistent follow-up and communication

Contribute as a collaborative team member to ensure high-quality service delivery

Identify service delivery issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience

Proven ability to build professional relationships with clients and suppliers

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and strong time management

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools
