Key Responsibilities:
- Research and propose performance and learning initiatives aligned with talent management strategy.
- Implement and improve performance management tools and processes.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent review processes at various organizational levels.
- Support succession planning and the creation of targeted development plans for high-potential talent.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, showcasing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage complex talent management deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
- Foster collaboration and maintain rapport with stakeholders to achieve business results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of experience in similar fields.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation design, including data visualization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with talent and performance management trends in the industry.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with Workday or similar performance management systems.
- 3 years of talent management experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and automated workflows using Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
