Key Responsibilities:

• Research and propose performance and learning initiatives aligned with talent management strategy.
• Implement and improve performance management tools and processes.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and execution of talent review processes at various organizational levels.
• Support succession planning and the creation of targeted development plans for high-potential talent.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, showcasing insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage complex talent management deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
• Foster collaboration and maintain rapport with stakeholders to achieve business results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with 3 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of experience in similar fields.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and presentation design, including data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with talent and performance management trends in the industry.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Workday or similar performance management systems.
• 3 years of talent management experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and automated workflows using Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Power Apps.
