Our client, a boutique firm in Dallas offering concierge-style tax and accounting services, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager (CPA) to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established firm that works closely with high-net-worth individuals and business owners to deliver strategic tax planning, outsourced accounting, and wealth management.
Pay: $140,000–$150,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: On-site in Dallas, TX (potential for hybrid)

Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner

Managing the full process of tax return preparation and review for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and non-profits

Leading tax planning and strategy discussions with clients

Reviewing financial statements and recommending adjustments for tax purposes

Preparing and reviewing workpapers, tax estimates, and projections

Responding to IRS notices and representing clients as needed

Supervising junior staff and contributing to team leadership

Participating in special projects and weekly administrative meetings

Active CPA and Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (Master's in Tax or Finance preferred)

5+ years of experience preparing complex federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 990

Familiarity with QuickBooks (desktop and online) and tax/project management software

Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

Self-driven, ethical, and highly organized with leadership capabilities
