Job Title: Technician-I
Department: Production
Location: Tucson AZ 85745
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
Hours: 35 - 40 hours/week

Schedule:

  • During Training: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1 to 2 weeks)
  • After Training: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Technician-I is primarily responsible for calibrating and performing verification tests on pressure transducer assemblies. This role involves loading and unloading test manifolds, conducting calibration and verification tasks, and printing out test results to grade the parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and perform verification tests on pressure transducer assemblies.
  • Load and unload test manifolds as needed.
  • Print and document test results, ensuring accurate grading of parts.
  • Perform basic soldering operations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and understand test documents.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and soldering operations.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Good attendance and punctuality are imperative.
  • Must pass a drug test (does not test for marijuana) and a 7-year criminal background check before the start date.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally to shoulder level.

Dress Code:
Casual attire is acceptable, including t-shirts and jeans. Work boots are not required.

Overtime:
Overtime is offered on a voluntary basis.
