Temporary Administrative Support – Accounting

Location: Carson City, NV
Duration: 4–6 weeks (Temporary Replacement)
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Description

Provide support to the Accounting Department under the direction of the Director or Controller. This is a short-term assignment, not temp-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and organize stored data
  • Scan and document audit packets per Gaming MICS
  • Maintain accounting databases
  • Ensure professional communication and interactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to state gaming regulations for working inside a casino
