Kelly is now hiring a Temporary Bilingual Recruiting Assistant for a customer in La Vergne, TN. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in our recruitment process by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. - Pay Rate: $20/hr
- Shift: Flexible, typically 1st shift, 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for basic qualifications to ensure a strong fit for the role.
- Schedule interviews and communicate promptly with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process.
- Assist with candidate tracking, data entry, and maintain accurate records in Lever.
- Support recruiting efforts with new hire paperwork, onboarding coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- (Bi-lingual candidates are a plus!)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.
