Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Hudson, NH
Duration: 3+ Months with possible extensions

Position Overview
We are seeking a Test Engineer to lead advanced debug and validation efforts for Intel-based server motherboards. This highly technical role calls for a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in hardware-level diagnostics, as well as the vision to drive process improvement and test strategy innovation across teams.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root-cause analysis and complex debug activities on Intel server motherboard platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and validation scripts.
- Collaborate with design, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and improve first-pass yields.
- Identify opportunities to enhance test efficiency and reliability through automation, tool development, or workflow optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and set quality standards in test methodology and execution.


Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware validation, system-level debug, or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in Intel architecture, server platform features, and debug tools (e.g., ITP, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing robust validation plans.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) for automation.
- Experience with manufacturing test flows or high-volume production environments.
- Knowledge of quality systems, reliability analysis, or Six Sigma processes.
