Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and OT as needed Why you should apply to be a Warehouse/Forklift Operator:

What's a typical day as a Warehouse/Forklift Operator You'll be:
  • Loading and unloading trucks to support daily shipping, receiving from vendors, and movement of materials within the site.
  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently while adhering to all site safety policies and promoting a Safety-First workplace.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse by taking ownership of assigned areas and adhering to site housekeeping standards.
  • Tracking material movements by completing warehouse paperwork and ensuring FIFO procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and participating in periodic inventory counts.
  • Ensuring all storage and segregation policies are met and developing in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Inspecting forklifts daily and completing equipment condition documentation.
  • Supporting shipping and receiving activities, troubleshooting inventory issues, and assisting with SAP inventory management.
  • Completing all required DOT, IMDG, IATA, and FIFRA training on time.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School diploma or GED.
  • Bring 1–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience; you'll be certified on-site even if you are already certified.
  • Possess good math and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Are physically capable of working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Have experience with shipping/receiving processes and production logistics.
  • Are willing to support a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Have knowledge or previous experience with SAP and inventory systems (preferred, but not required).
