Packaging & Traceability Packer (Food Manufacturing) – 2nd Shift (Urgent Need)

Pay & Schedule
• Pay: $19.00/hr
• Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Physical/Environment: Lift up to 50 lbs; dusty + hot manufacturing environment
• Interview: On-site ~30 minutes + short tour (possible basic test during interview)
• PPE Required: Steel-toe boots + GMP attire standards
• Forklift Certification: Required for this Packer role (per site)

What You'll Be Doing
• Pack and support production with a focus on quality, safety, sanitation, and traceability
• Accurately record lot numbers on batch sheets and packaging logs
• Follow allergen controls and participate in equipment allergen clean-up when assigned
• Complete periodic magnet cleaning and periodic checks of metal detectors
• Verify lot info on labels and packaging materials (no guesswork—accuracy matters)
• Follow Hold & Release rules for non-conforming product and rework/blend-back policies
• Pull proper bags/materials from packaging areas; sample product and report irregularities
• Maintain clean work areas and follow GMP standards every shift
