Description

Location: New York, NY 10018 
Pay Rate: $25.77/hr.
Shifts Available: 9am-5pm EST, 40/week (Hybrid – 2x/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Sr Director of Trade Marketing, responsible for executing transversal trade marketing plans across channels (IND, KA, DS) 
  • Focus on improving the consumer journey using digital tools and platforms 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, global teams, and trade marketing peers to ensure effective execution and alignment of trade marketing initiatives 
  • Lead transversal digital tool projects including SmartShopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator, and Asset Distribution Tool 
  • Define KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize usage across sales channels 
  • Drive adoption and conversion through strategic marketing communications 
  • Collect and integrate feedback from sales and clients to evolve digital tools 
  • Develop training materials such as quick-start guides and best practice modules for Sales 
  • Assist in managing the digital tool marketing budget 
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to Sales teams 
  • Ensure integration of digital tools across the customer journey to enhance consistency and post-sale engagement 

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 
  • Will consider candidates with 2+ years if they demonstrate strong project management and cross-functional collaboration 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or project management 
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
  • Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., asset management, digital retail tools) 
  • Background in B2B or wholesale channel marketing 
  • Experience creating sales enablement and training materials 
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and data analysis 
  • Skilled in incorporating customer feedback into strategic marketing solutions
