In this role, you'll support trade marketing initiatives — from project management and cross-functional coordination to merchandising execution and budget tracking — all while helping drive impactful marketing programs that shape the customer experience.
 

Trade Marketing Associate Manager

Location: New York, NY 10018
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $39.75 per hour

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and track lens merchandising and platform marketing projects.

  • Support the director in managing trade marketing budgets and reporting.

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Global teams for project alignment.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Sales Managers and Consultants.

  • Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of trade initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or project management.

  • Strong project management background (scheduling, budgeting, collaboration).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work efficiently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
