In this role, you'll support trade marketing initiatives — from project management and cross-functional coordination to merchandising execution and budget tracking — all while helping drive impactful marketing programs that shape the customer experience.
Trade Marketing Associate Manager
Location: New York, NY 10018
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $39.75 per hour

Oversee and track lens merchandising and platform marketing projects.

Support the director in managing trade marketing budgets and reporting.

Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Global teams for project alignment.

Provide administrative and logistical support to Sales Managers and Consultants.

Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of trade initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

4+ years of experience in marketing or project management.

Strong project management background (scheduling, budgeting, collaboration).

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and work efficiently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
