Description

We have a great opportunity in the Monroe, MI area. We're seeking a Traffic Coordinator to work with a Logistics company to create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments. In this role you will be expected to build positive relationships with customers, associates and external vendors. 

• 3rd Shift- Monday-Friday, (6:30pm-3am)
• $20/hr., temp to hire opportunity

 

What's involved in this Position:

• Accountable for tracking, tracing and expediting shipments.
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements for this Position:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30lbs.
