Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Treasury Management Customer Analyst to support the Relationship Center team. The primary responsibility is to respond to and resolve internal and external customer requests for national and international customers across all markets and time zones. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer requests received via phone, email, fax, or web.
- Collaborate with Relationship Specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain clear communication, particularly for complex financial topics.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and calm.
- Work independently while also being a team player.
- Navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understand Treasury Products, including ACH, wire transfers, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Experience: Prior call center experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to client experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem resolution skills, particularly for transactional errors and system access.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
