What's a typical day as a Vehicle Diagnostic Specialist? You'll be:

• Providing Tier 2 technical support for software installation and configuration issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries promptly.
• Ensuring software functionality aligns with dealership needs.
• Monitoring market feedback and tracking hardware/software issues.
• Conducting on-vehicle validation of dealer software and tools.
• Collaborating on tasks related to vehicle diagnostics and software reprogramming.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent verbal communication skills, especially in a call center environment.

• Have extensive experience in OE diagnostic scan tools and automotive diagnostic technology, coupled with a fundamental understanding of computer wireless networking technology.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between roles to support both internal and external customers in a dynamic team environment.
• Primary responsibilities include maintaining quality assurance processes for dealer diagnostic software and providing user support.
• Daily tasks entail conducting on-vehicle validation of dealer software, monitoring market feedback, tracking defect tickets, and compiling data for root cause analysis.
• Proficient in providing Tier 2 technical support, particularly with software installation and configuration.
• Willingness to assist Project Leads with various tasks as needed.
