Join Our Team as a Production Worker for our upcoming peak season!
Location: Rochester, NY

Shift Opportunities:
•    A Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
•    B Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Sunday - Thursday)

Pay: Starting at $17/hour+, with room for growth!
Employment Type: Full-Time – become an essential part of our thriving team!

Are you Ready!
We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team during this busy peak season. This is your chance to play a vital role in our operations, where your contributions will drive excellence and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
•    Load Materials: Efficiently load materials into machines to ensure smooth operations.
•    Operate Machines: Safely operate machinery to maximize output and minimize downtime.
•    Move Products: Transport and organize products to maintain workflow.
•    Make Boxes: Assemble boxes and packaging for finished products.
•    Package Products: Carefully package and label products for distribution.
•    Quality Check: Inspect products for quality and report any issues.

What We're Looking For:
•    Dependability: Reliable and punctual team member.
•    Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
•    Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
•    Technical Aptitude: Basic machinery knowledge is a plus; training provided.
•    Adaptability: Quick learner, able to adjust to new processes.
•    Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety protocols in industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments.
•    Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
