Warehouse Associate

Location: Onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts
Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.50/hour


Position Focus:

• Emphasis on shipping-related experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing materials, reagents, instruments, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Team for shipping, receiving, and lab support.
• Perform pick/pack/ship tasks for both domestic and international shipments.
• Assemble components into finished goods and manage inventory in the system.
• Conduct inventory spot checks, handle warehouse transactions, and address digital requests.

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repetitively
