Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Hobbs, NM
Pay rate: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hobbs, NM! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable temp service. If you're reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pulling out pallets and general warehouse duties
• Sweeping floors and maintaining cleanliness
• Forklift operation (30% stand-up forklift inside, larger forklift outside)
• Other warehouse tasks as needed (70% of duties)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 6am–4pm or 5pm (schedule may vary – earlier or later some days)
• Occasional Saturdays and overtime may be required
• Pay rate: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Requirements:

• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Open to applicants with or without forklift experience – we are willing to train!
• Can safely lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
