Are you a safety-conscious professional with a "Stop-Think-Act" mindset? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Falconer! What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for processing materials through our Service Center standard operating procedures. You will ensure every product leaving our facility meets our high-quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform product processing according to documented work instructions.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Inspect products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, strictly following all  safety rules and policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Warehouse Lead and Service Center Management.
Job Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
  • Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and product recipes.
  • Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of weight, volume, and distance.
  • Availability: Must be able to work overtime, weekends as needed.  This is a 1st shift position, working 8-5:00pm

Physical Requirements This is a physically active role. To be successful, you must be able to:
  • Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitious work for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Lift and move up to 40 pounds independently (lifting beyond 40 lbs requires a 2-person team).
  • Operate machinery using hands and feet.
  • Meet vision and hearing requirements, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
