Warehouse Associate – Pleasant Prairie, WI

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In this role, you'll support inventory management, order processing, and workplace safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Pay: $16.50 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Overtime: Available as needed
  • Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and track warehouse inventory
  • Lift, carry, and move items unassisted (up to 50 lbs)
  • Inspect inventory for defects or damages
  • Accurately fill, check, and package customer orders
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
  • Process and ship orders
  • Enter and manage data using SAP programs
  • Support management to meet operational goals
  • Follow all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Maintain the 7s Program and guidelines
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable, responsible, and a team player
  • Experience with warehouse data systems
  • Computer literacy
  • SAP and/or WMS experience preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Perform data entry for long periods
  • Work in office and warehouse dock environments
  • Occasional exposure to the elements
  • Moderate to loud noise

Security & Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company policies on information security and confidentiality
  • Comply with code of conduct and data protection policies
  • Promptly report incidents or vulnerabilities
  • Process data in accordance with relevant laws and company guidelines
