Temp-to-Hire – Not a Temporary Position!

Positions Available:
- Hand Collation Operator
- Machine Collation Operator
- Press Lamination (Burkle) Operator
- Teslin Lamination Operator
Shifts & Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | $17.60/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thurs) | $18.40/hr
Note: 3rd Shift hires will train on 1st or 2nd shift and receive 3rd Shift pay during training.
Requirements & Expectations:
- Resume required for submittal.
- Must be available for on-site interview and facility tour.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are critical.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Open to college students with limited work history who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong work history and proven reliability.
- Willing to work in a team-based environment with tenured staff.
- No planned time off within the first 90 days preferred.
Training & Dress Code:
- Paid training: approx. 2 weeks (may vary by department).
- Dress Code: Warehouse casual (jeans, t-shirts, closed-toe shoes). Steel-toe boots NOT required. Shorts allowed.
Cell Phone Policy:
- Earbuds permitted for music/podcasts only.
- No calls or videos during work hours.
Attendance Policy (First 90 Days - TTH Period):
- Max 2 unexcused absences allowed – more may result in termination.
- Time-off requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
