Warehouse Associate – Somerset, NJ

Location: Somerset, NJ
Pay: $20.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00a-5:30pm (OT Possible as well as Saturday OT

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Warehouse Associates for a Fortune 500 healthcare distribution center. Entry-level, paid training, and quick hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and box medical/surgical products (18 orders/hr)

• Verify product data, stock shelves, rotate inventory, remove expired goods

• Keep warehouse clean and organized

• Use RF scanners, Voice Pick Technology & handheld devices

Receiving

• Unload pallets from inbound trailers/containers

• Count, verify, and receive product; document variances

Picking & Sortation

• Select products via Voice Pick/RF

• Load totes onto conveyors, remove empty cartons

• Move totes/cartons to assigned pallets/carts

Loading

• Use RF scanners to load correct totes/pallets onto trucks

• Use pallet jack to move and load pallets

Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED

• Ability to lift 30 lbs & stand for long periods

• Basic math, reading, and computer skills

• Strong attention to detail; reliable attendance

• Safety shoes required

• Warehouse experience a plus; willing to learn equipment & WMS
