Job Posting: Clerk Position in Pooler, GA

Join our team as a Clerk and become an essential link in ensuring smooth operations by efficiently coordinating deliveries and providing exceptional internal customer support.

Position: Clerk
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work

Primary Responsibilities:

• Check in drivers and coordinate deliveries and shipments

Major Responsibilities:

• Perform various office and administrative duties, including handling accounts
• Conduct audits of logs and trips
• Scan paperwork and print labels
• Prioritize workload with flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Undertake other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• 1 year of general office experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
• Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial
• Willingness to travel locally, follow the required schedule, and work at the designated location
