Position: Warehouse Order Selector Location: Kentwood, Michigan
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift | M-F 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Role Overview: In the Selector position, you'll undertake the critical task of accurately retrieving client orders within a warehouse setting. This position demands robust physical endurance and careful operation of specialized motorized equipment like electric pallet jacks. Preparing orders for next-day outbound shipment.

Key Duties:

  • Adhere to instructions from team leads or supervisory staff.
  • Maintain precision in order processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Navigate the storage facility efficiently to fulfill client needs.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks/hi-lo for handling goods.
  • Securely build and stack pallets for stable transport.
  • Demonstrate physical capability to carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Safeguard products by applying shrink wrap as necessary.
  • Affix correct labels for pallet identification.
  • Receive training for motorized equipment and achieve OSHA certification.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Be open to working on weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
  • Possess basic computing skills for using scanners or placing orders.
  • Prior experience with S2K and operating RF Scanner/electric pallet jack is desirable.

From temporary to permanent hire-on engagement.
Upon transition to hire:
